Superluminal Santa at Portsmouth University Year 5

Can Santa travel faster than the speed of light?

Following on from the success of Tim Peake's Principia Mission event last year, we would like to take the children of year 5 to Portsmouth University to take part in a fun, exciting interactive Christmas space lecture from the University of Portsmouth Cosmology team to work out just how Santa manages to deliver all those presents in one night.

The trip will take place on the afternoon of Wednesday 13th December. The children will leave school directly after they have eaten their lunch and return at approximately 3.30pm. They will travel to Portsmouth University by train. The cost of this trip has been entirely covered by the school but we do need your permission for your child to attend.
